The price quoted is for the case and 72 empty trays only.  

 Inserts for all 72 trays trays must be purchased along with the case and are an additional cost.

The final total cost depends on which types of inserts are selected.

As the inserts are changeable, extra inserts can be purchased to cover any future change in the mix of products carried without having to purchase trays, as well.

The case is designed so as to keep as close as possible to the carrier’s body, hence it’s name.

This reduce arm strain quite considerably, especially when carrying a relatively heavy case.

It has a fold down side (front) that instantly expose all trays.

A shelf, carrying a 3 tray high section at the top, is separated from the trays underneath.

 It can be used for trays with  special items or partly or fully used for chain rolls, order books etc..

A tab underneath each stack of trays allows for the entire stack to be pulled out, quickly and easily.

SingleStack Case - $100.00

This case, is based on the same design as the Pilot Case above, with draws that can be pulled straight out of the case.

It can hold from 10 to 14 draws, depending on your requirement.

The numerous tracks for the draws ensure there is no more than 2-3 mm gap between each tray,

regardless of the depth of the trays.

Storage in the door for order books  and extra storage can easily be created by simply removing draws.

The price is for the case only.

The case is only sold complete with drawers and inserts of your choice and on which the final cost will depend upon.

The draws are designed for use with a number of different removable inserts for ultimate flexibility.

To this end, the draws also have a removable divider in the middle which allows for the use of either half draw inserts or a full draw insert for bracelets or a large pin pad.

Made from plastic, removable labels can be applied to the front of the draws providing an instant overview of the case’s content.

Numerous sliding tracks inside means  never more than about a 2-3 mm gap between each draw;

no wasted space.

 Large foam backed panels for pinning chains and necklaces and where the cover can be unclipped in an instance for quick presentation.

Hidden storage at rear for Chain Rolls, order books, alarm, GPS beacon etc..

It can hold from 20 to 28 draws, depending on your requirement.

An example of it’s capacity, in the case of low profile items like pendants, Charms or Earrings:

28 draws x 2 insert per draw x 12 items per insert = 672 items and;

as some inserts will take 18 or 24 items per insert, like stud earrings, small pendant and charms, it’s capacity can reach well over 1,000 items, not including anything pinned to the large pad or any rolls etc. stored in the rear storage compartment.

The case is well suited for a

number of situations;

Traveller’s case,

Stock case for office,

Trade fairs (very quick to set up and control as well as packing up and carting away),

Markets (For security, a piece of plastic or glass the size of the large pin pad will cover 4 draws laid out on a display. They can be stored away in the rear compartment),

 and situations where, for security reasons, only one draw is pulled out and viewed at the time rather than all spread out.
